Advised Dosage
The advised dosage of Accutane is 0.5-1.0 mg per kilogram of the body weight of the person intending to use it, and has to be taken in 2 doses for a period of 14-21 weeks. The doses must be taken with meals and water & once-a-day dose of this drug is not recommended.
